I am working within the Division of Learning and Teaching Innovation to upskill and build the aspirations of the teaching staff at Charles Sturt University; particularly those staff who engage with the Teaching Academy and/or Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching Higher Education (GCLTHE).

University of Wollongong

I developed and led the implementation of the Regional Campus Strategy. Through strong internal and local partnerships, UOW's regional campuses produce quality, career-ready graduates and research excellence in our local communities. I supervised and mentored staff across the transdisciplinary regional campus network, particularly with regard to the appropriate use of technology enhanced learning, and the inclusion of students with disabilities.
